Bright and quiet 65sqm one bedroom apartment, located on the second floor, with lift, of a recently built house.

Upon entering, you walk along a green balcony belonging to the old Milan-style apartment and you arrive at a lovely entrance used as a common hallway with the apartment next door, always managed by us.

Entering the apartment you find a large living room with TV, sofa and pouf both convertible into two single beds, a large dining table that can also be used to work or study and a beautiful open kitchen where we find a second tall table perfect for breakfast.

The house is very bright, fresh and quiet, equipped with every comfort.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Suitable for both leisure stays and business trips.

The guest will be able to access and use the whole apartment thanks to the Self Check in system! Parking in the private street is free and reserved for residents only. You will find the resident pass to be displayed on the vehicle, and the remote control for access to the street in the apartment.

The house is very quiet and silent, don't be surprised if you will wake up with little birds singing even if you are close to the center.

Smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment. There is an external smoking area.
